Where is Kura & Freya Party Couture located?
Kura & Freya Party Couture is an online only store and our office is based In Banora Point NSW.
 
Do you have a storefront?
Unfortunately we do not have a bricks & mortar store therefore our products cannot be viewed in person. 
 
How often do you ship orders?
We ship orders same day if ordered before 4pm on a business day, otherwise order will be shipped the following business day.
 
How long will my order take to arrive?
Actual delivery time will vary depending on your location. Standard delivery timetables can be viewed via http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/standard-delivery-timetables.html The departing postcode for your order is 2486.
 
Do you have an express shipping option?
Yes we do offer express shipping at checkout (at extra cost).
 
Do you offer shipping insurance?
We do have tracking on all our orders. Shipping insurance can be taken out at an extra cost to cover lost, stolen or damaged orders/items. This however must be arranged when placing your order by emailing us at info@kfpartycouture.com.
 
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we only ship to within Australia and to New Zealand, parts of Asia and the USA.
 
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately we do not have order collection at this stage. If you are needing your order in a hurry we suggest you select the express shipping method or feel free to email us on info@kfpartycouture.com.
 
What if the item I am wanting to purchase is sold out?
We update our inventory on a regular basis however if you are wanting an arrival date for a particular product please message us via email info@kfpartycouture.com or submit your email address in the field that says ‘Notify Me When This Product Is Available’ on the out of stock item and we will email you when it arrives back in store.
 
Does Kura & Freya Party Couture offer wholesale accounts?
At this point in time we are a retail only business therefore we do not offer wholesale prices. Please contact us for further information.
 
Do you assemble and/or install balloon garlands?
At this point in time, we only sell DIY balloon garlands and individual balloons.
 
Can I return an item I bought online?
Here at Kura & Freya Party Couture, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns made within 14 days of receiving your products. Please notify as via email before you return any products. Please quote your order number and the products you wish to return. Products must be in original packaging and suitable for resale. Once we have received the products we will then issue the refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping (unless product is faulty or incorrect).
On the rare occasion that you have received a product that is damaged or faulty please email us a picture of the product within 14 days of receiving your order so we can organise a solution for you.
